About Nicole DiCello
Tell us about yourself and how you got started:
“I worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years. I knew I wanted a career change, but had no idea what I wanted to do. Never in a million years would I have thought owning a bookstore & juice/smoothie bar be something I could do! But after a year of applying to 200+ jobs, the idea to create this store came out of a moment of desperation when I realized I couldn’t bring myself to send out one more resume.”
What are your favorite resources:
“The City of Worcester’s economic business development division has so many great resources that point you in the right direction.”
Any advice for others that are trying to start a project or business:
“Know yourself well. Stay focused on who and what you are, and stay true to your vision while also being flexible.”
